Can I cancel part of my order?

No, it is not possible to cancel part of an order. You can only choose to cancel all cards of the same order.

My event is cancelled, what now?

We try to move the events that cannot continue to an alternative date. As soon as there is more news about this, ticket buyers will be informed by email.

If an event is moved and the new date is not yet known, we ask you to keep your tickets anyway. These tickets remain valid for the new date.

If the event cannot be moved to a new date within a year, ticket buyers will be refunded the amount paid.

In this we follow the legal regulation that states that the event can be moved to a new date, within 13 months after the original date.

My event has been moved and I can't make it to the new date
If an event has been moved to a different date and you cannot attend the event on the new date, you should send an email to info@bonbonentertainment. We will then process your application and will refund the paid amount to the ticket buyer within a certain period. For a canceled event, this will happen within 3 months of the canceled event. In case of a relocation, this will happen within 1 month after the new date of the rescheduled event. See the full refund scheme here
My event has been cancelled

If you have a ticket for an event that has been cancelled, you will be refunded the amount you paid. The amount will only be refunded to the original purchaser of the tickets.

Can I buy tickets at the box office of the venue?

Yes, this is possible if the event is not sold out and there are still tickets available on the evening of the event

How and where can I buy tickets?

Only personalized cards are sold. This means that the name, first name and e-mail address of the ticket buyer are printed on the ticket. Only the person named on the ticket is entitled to access the event. A re-personalization of tickets is possible, please contact support@cm.com.

It is possible to buy several tickets in one order, but it is necessary that you put the name, first name and e-mail address of the other visitors on the tickets.

We strongly recommend that you only purchase tickets through our official ticket sales channels, as we cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from unofficial resellers. Buying tickets from a third party is at your own risk

I bought tickets, but I lost them/can't find them. what now?

If you have bought your tickets from a third party, you will have to contact the company where you bought your tickets.

can I change / cancel my tickets

No, it is not possible to change and/or cancel tickets that have already been purchased. Once the tickets have been booked, they are immediately and irreversibly removed from our booking system and can no longer be inserted into the system. The tickets can therefore not be resold through our system.

can I have my e-ticket scanned from a mobile phone

What do early access tickets mean?

An early access ticket means that you can enter the room earlier than people with regular tickets. By using early access tickets you can experience the shows with the best seats and people with regular tickets.

What is a Golden Circle?

Golden Circle tickets are offered at some events. The Golden Circle is a separate section in front of the audience against the stage.

Which support acts can I expect?

SWe follow the restrictions from the central government and the guidelines from the RIVM at all times. Please note that this is not always the case. It is also possible that already announced support acts still change.

I have already personalized my tickets, can I still resell them / change the details?
yes, this is possbile. We advise everyone to only personalize the tickets when you are sure that you will attend the event. The tickets can only be re-personalized by the original purchaser of the tickets. You can do this by contacting our ticket partner CM.com via WhatsApp at: +31103075673. Mention your order number and proof of payment, so that you can be helped as quickly and effectively as possible.
